HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO GIVE UP SMOKING EASILY?


Choose the most proper time to say goodbye to the cigarette. Vacations are the most appropriate for this. But keep your spirits in good, and also don't forget to keep your relation well with your partner/mate. Esra Sönmez the Head Chief of Anatolian Health Center the clinic of quitting smoking has anwered our questions for the people who wants to give up smoking.


What is the best way to give up smoking?


- The most important thing is to be willing to give up. The patients who have the stability of giving up smoking ,become more succesful with this action. Motivation is also an important factor for the one who wants to give up smoking. In case of pregnancy lung cancer and asthma, it's much easier to give up for people. If there is no negativness about himself and has high motivation, he can achieve it without any drug or teraphie. First of all, the person should start with the approval of a chest disease expert. He should get his nicotin addiction level measured and if necessary he can get encouragement for psychological addiction from a psychologist.


Is it really possible to give up on your own?


- Yes, it is. It can be given up by a good motivation without any teraphie and help. It may be hard but it is not something that can't be achieved. It is a good way of motivation with maternal instinct to give up smoking after learning that the woman is pregnant.

The prohibition of smoking in covered areas has also been a good motivation for people to give up smoking.

The writings ,which are about the damages of smoking, hold on the mass transportation vehicles and in offices has also couraged people to face with the cigarette and speeded up the progress of quitting by increasing these motivation.


What should be done not to restart smoking after quitting period?


- As you know, only a single breath renews it. These terms are always too hard. You can't escape from this stressful period. Cigarette provides you false happiness and gives temporary peace.

Due to lack of nicotin, it is quicker to turn back smoking and cigarette will be on allert to make the person restart smoking in his weakest time.

It shouldn't be ignored that it will find new theories to restart the person.

Even just a single breath can cause to start the treatment from top. When there's a stress factor,people start smoking more densely than before.


Does the person who quits smoking get surely fat?


- In fact, it is not completely wrong. It is known that smoking has an effect which prevents putting on weight. Nicotin has an influence to control the central food desire of brain and dull the joy of eating. But thanks god ,all these changes in our bodies disappear by its own.



Yes my friends, generally trying to give up smoking is concluded with failure when we are in bad mood. But i believe that it can be much easier to quit smoking when you put the things on its way. We should check out the harm that smoking causes. We should think twice about what is waiting for us in our near future. We should motivate ourselves and get support from our family and environment.

μαγκες επειδη ημουν στο τσακ να δουλεψω σε καπνοβιομηχανια(Στην μεγαλυτερη στον κόσμο-δεν αντεχα ομως απο πλευρας συνθηκων-πολυ επιζημιο για την υγεια)ειναι πολυ ευκολο να το κοψετε,αν κατεβετε μια μερα στην γραμμη παραγωγης του τσιγάρου :P
