I found some government types which is related with milk & cows!
Communism : If you have 2 cows, the government takes both of them and gives you free milk.
Fascism : If you have 2 cows, the government takes both of them and sells you milk.
Nazism : If you have 2 cows, the government takes both of them and executes you by shooting.
Theocracy : If you have 2 cows, the government takes both of them and directs you for milk pray.
Bureaucracy : If you have 2 cows, the government takes both of them and kill one of the cows then throws the bucket.
Democracy : If you have 2 cows, the government takes both of them and the cows start striking against them.
If you live in Turkey, the government takes both of the cows and you owe 4 cows to government.

I've heard that in Russia one farmer had two cows and after counting them he found out he had 5.Then he counted again and realized that after all he had 8 - he was so pleased that he went to the store to buy another bottle of Vodka.
